Do you have a warranty?

Under our warranty, we’ve got your back. We’re confident in the quality of our product hence the 1-year coverage. If the jewelry proves to be defective in material or workmanship issues under normal use anytime within the first year, we will replace the item with the same or comparable product free of charge. About Orders

How Do I Know My Order Is Confirmed?

Once you’ve completed your purchase, we will send you an Order Confirmation email. Please check your junk mail or spam folders if you can’t find it. Otherwise, contact customer service via our Contact Us form and we will be able to re-send your confirmation email to you for your reference.

Can I modify my order once it has been placed?

We prepare orders quickly, and so we cannot guarantee that your request will be processed in time to proceed to the modification. However, please get in touch with our customer service team through this Contact Us form. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

How do I track my order?

We want you to be able to track your order at any time. For this reason, when we ship your parcel, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your order directly. If the information has not been updated, check again after 24 hours for the courier to update your shipment tracking.

How Do I Use A Discount Or Offer Code?

If you have one of our Promotional or Offer Codes, just add the code to the [Discount code] box on the Check out page and click APPLY.

The following conditions apply:

What's the return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items that are unused and in original condition within 30 days (excluding Final Sale). If your product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact customer services contact@arsisjewelry.com as soon as possible, who will be able to assist you.

Returns need to be new, unused, in a saleable condition in their original packaging, and with all the labels, tags, any box or seals intact.

To return an item, you can send back the item at your own cost using a postal service of your choice. Please confirm the return address with contact@arsisjewelry.com before mailing out the parcel. We recommend using a service that can provide a ‘Certificate of Posting’, as until the parcel reaches us it is your responsibility.

On the customs form, please mark the package as ‘RETURNED GOODS’ and enter a value of '0'. This helps us avoid unnecessary customs charges and speeds up the return process.

If goods arrive in our warehouse and clearance costs or import taxes are charged due to incorrect customs declaration, all expenses incurred due to customs complications will be deducted from your refund.

After we received your return in a good condition, we will aim to refund you within 48 hours. Sometimes it may take a couple of days longer until it's shown on your statement. After we received your return, you will be able to print your order in your account, proving it was returned and refunded in case you need to get the import tax refunded from your customs agency in your home country.

Can I Exchange My Item?

We do not currently offer exchanges. Once your return parcel is delivered. Refund will be issued to the card used to place the order.
